Please review each of our collections and choose the one that works best for you. Each of the prices are a starting place and are subject to change. Add-ons can be added to any collection for an additional cost.
The Meraki Experience Collection is always available if you’re unsure of your budget / pieces and would like to build your own signage collection from scratch. Final prices for the Meraki Experience Collections can end up being lower, higher or somewhere in between the other collection costs.

Platinum Collection
$3,500.00
The Platinum Collection is designed for clients who are looking for a full service, personalized design experience, with nothing required of them aside from physically transporting their signage to the venue. Every last detail will have a custom, united, cohesive feel across each piece.
The client will simply pick up, or be shipped their signage completely ready to be displayed at their event!

Vinyl is a flush, sticker-like material that comes in a variety of colors. It can be laser cut in the font of your choice for lettering. It’s a super cost effective way to personalize your backdrop wall for the theme of your event.
Acrylic is more of a 3D look to lettering. Typically 1/8” thick and coming in a wide variety of colors and finishes, we’ll laser cut lettering in the font of your choice to take your backdrop personalization to the next level.
You’ll have the choice to either pair vinyl and acrylic lettering or choose one of the two.
Gold Collection

The Gold Collection is designed for clients who are who are still looking for a full service, personalized design experience, but at a smaller scale with a few less pieces.
Every last detail will still have a custom, united, cohesive feel across each piece.
With nothing required of them aside from physically transporting their signage to the venue. The client will simply pick up, or be shipped their signage completely ready to be displayed at their venue!

It is the most unique, one of a kind option to guarantee your suite has never been seen before or used by any other couple!
We like to provide the above equation ^ to help visualize how we’ll come to a final cost.
Every last detail will have a custom, united, cohesive feel across each piece. The client will simply pick up, or be shipped their signage completely custom and ready to elevate their event!

Payment Process

Your start date is secured by a signed contract and making a non-refundable retainer payment. This payment will lock us in to provide event styling services for your day, and covers initial design time for your Personalized Design Experience.
Please note that any delays in processing the retainer payment and contract can leave your event date up for grabs to another client.

(Applicable to our Invitation Suite, Backdrops + Balloons, Signage and Day-of Details Collections only)
After your retainer + contract are processed, we will begin the design phase for your collection pieces.The Platinum, Gold, or Silver Collection cost
Can be split up into a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payment plan if desired.
Balance needs to be paid in full before any scheduled delivery or pickup of your pieces.
Please note that any delays in responses or numerous design updates will delay the timeline for us to get you your pieces completed by your event date.

After your retainer payment is made, The Meraki Experience Collection will require two payment installments:
Materials + Supplies Payment: We will compile a list of needed materials and supplies to create your custom pieces. This payment will be taken to cover the cost needed to create products and will be due at this time so that our agreed-upon timeline can run smoothly without delays.
Final Payment: Will be made up of the cost for our design and production time as well as any delivery, setup and breakdown costs. The balance will need to be paid in full before any scheduled delivery or pickup can be made.
Please note that any delays in responses or numerous design updates will delay the timeline for us to get you your pieces completed by your event date.
