Please review each of our collections and choose the one that works best for you. Each of the prices are a starting place and are subject to change. Add-ons can be added to any collection for an additional cost.
The Meraki Experience Collection is always available if you’re unsure of your budget / pieces and would like to build your own details from scratch. Final prices for the Meraki Experience Collection can end up being lower, higher or somewhere in between the other collection costs.

Platinum Collection
$3,500.00
The Platinum Collection is designed for clients who are looking for a full service, personalized design experience, with nothing required of them aside from physically transporting each piece to the venue. Every last detail will have a custom, united, cohesive feel across each piece.
The client will simply pick up, or be shipped their details completely ready to be used and displayed at their event!

Planning on having over 200 guests at your wedding? Get the 200+ Count add-on to ensure you have enough pieces for all your guests! If you are planning on ordering over 200 pieces of a specific item (such as place cards, menus, or drink stirrers) you’ll need this add-on.

Letter pressing, embossing, white ink or foil, unique die-cut shapes and deckled edges are all upgrade print method options to take your details to the next level!
We kindly ask for an additional four weeks for any of these print methods as we typically need to outsource for some of these pieces. Vendor schedules along with shipping delays can all effect our timeline and we want to make sure we give that extra wiggle room for production.
Each method can vary widely in costs and factors such as quantities, color choices, materials, and additional customizations can all differentiate costs.

If you’d like your place cards, menus, or other details customized with luxurious, completely hand-crafted calligraphy, you’ve come to the right place!
Please understand that this artistry takes a lot of time and we kindly ask for am minimum of four weeks for completion.
Pricing starts at $2.50 / piece but is subject to change based on quantities and level of detail.

Elevate your seating chart, place cards, or other details with completely custom lettering!
We will individually laser cut and weed vinyl lettering to ensure your fonts are consistent, and your vision is acheived - sea glass or shell place cards? A backdrop wall or mirror seating chart? No problem! Our vinyl lettering skills are top notch.
We kindly ask for an additional four weeks for production of any vinyl lettering, as it is an extremely tedious process.

If the sizes of the standard pieces do not suit your needs in the collections, we’re happy to make those adjustments as needed through this add on.
Prices will vary dependent on the desired sizes.

Upon choosing the Silver Collection which does not come with full assembly, we’re happy to fully assemble each of your menus, place cards, welcome bags, or favors for you with this add on.
They will be fully finalized and ready for your big day!

It is the most unique, one of a kind option to guarantee your details have never been seen before or used by any other couple!
We like to provide the above equation ^ to help visualize how we’ll come to a final cost.
Every last detail will have a custom, united, cohesive feel across each piece. The client will simply pick up, or be shipped their fully finalized pieces.

Payment Process

Your start date is secured by a signed contract and making a non-refundable retainer payment. This payment will lock us in to provide event styling services for your day, and covers initial design time for your Personalized Design Experience.
Please note that any delays in processing the retainer payment and contract can leave your event date up for grabs to another client.

(Applicable to our Invitation Suite, Backdrops + Balloons, Signage and Day-of Details Collections only)
After your retainer + contract are processed, we will begin the design phase for your collection pieces.The Platinum, Gold, or Silver Collection cost
Can be split up into a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payment plan if desired.
Balance needs to be paid in full before any scheduled delivery or pickup of your pieces.
Please note that any delays in responses or numerous design updates will delay the timeline for us to get you your pieces completed by your event date.

After your retainer payment is made, The Meraki Experience Collection will require two payment installments:
Materials + Supplies Payment: We will compile a list of needed materials and supplies to create your custom pieces. This payment will be taken to cover the cost needed to create products and will be due at this time so that our agreed-upon timeline can run smoothly without delays.
Final Payment: Will be made up of the cost for our design and production time as well as any delivery, setup and breakdown costs. The balance will need to be paid in full before any scheduled delivery or pickup can be made.
Please note that any delays in responses or numerous design updates will delay the timeline for us to get you your pieces completed by your event date.
